This first is just some quickpaint I did a few days ago, there's AE. I decided to cover the top of the image in scratches.
This one's been on and off for 2 or 3 months now, the coloration in the neck and eye is new. Don't know wat to make of it, probably continue it later.

This is part of a comic I wanted to do starting fall of '10. The idea is still nice, I have painted some of it including this panel, but I don't want to release it yet. It would be a short, fast comic, very dramatic and adrenaline pumping. The beginning is a depressing foil for the high climactic end.
Another page, Jamison's face is so funny! Couldn't bring myself to finish it since it turned out so horrible.

Did this yesterday, a mini black and white comic. Was kind of inspired by some people at the club it was for, but I didn't feel good enough to finish it up all pretty like they did. Ahh.. oh well. It's kind of stupid xD

Quickpaint of a Yugo. I almost never paint from life. I just felt like doing a car the other day, I thought it was going to turn out fantastic but it happened otherwise. Anyway, I love Yugos.

I love art dumps :D I love the third image from the top, what looks like a TEF-inspired piece. :) The coloring is beautiful, and the expression is complex and nuanced. The angle of the face reminds me of those two paintings we were talking about, the cyberpunk and steampunk ones :) Dynamic!
I really like the one with Perry doing a hidden card slash! Haha. Want to see Solomon's evolutions! :D The motion lines in the background are intense!
And wow! An anthro! From you! I really like it so far, the head is very detailed. I love how you combined the human and animal anatomy in the hand/paw especially. Hand paw!
I also really like the dog and wolf heads at the top (the first and second paintings), your coloring style is so refreshing, I associate it with a cool summer breeze by the ocean. :)

ReplyDeleteOh yeah! That one was a TEF inspired piece ^^ Forgot to mention it. Oooh! It's already a few months old, funny how that ties in, but it does have that sort of masked head-face thing going on.
Actually it's really silly, but the club is having a valentine's day thing, and your character asks someone else's character out? Haha, so he's actually being sincere for once. The sketch comic about him here leads up to it.. (blogspot seems to have smallened the file) Oh, I really liked doing the motion ^^
I know.. xD I usually steer clear of anthros, there's just not a good feel about them, too many sick people get carried away with them. But I'll try to bring something healthier to the look xD Thanks a lot! I was still working on pose, it's a bit off still, funny lookin.
